博大精深的中华文明是中华民族独特的精神标识，是当代中国文艺的根基，也是文艺创新的宝藏。中国文化历来推崇“收百世之阙文，采千载之遗韵”。要挖掘中华优秀传统文化的思想观念、人文精神、道德规范，把艺术创造力和中华文化价值融合起来，把中华美学精神和当代审美追求结合起来，激活中华文化生命力。故步自封、陈陈相因谈不上传承，割断血脉、凭空虚造不能算创新。要把握传承和创新的关系，学古不泥古、破法不悖法，让中华优秀传统文化成为文艺创新的重要源泉。

The extensive and profound Chinese civilization is the unique spiritual symbol of the Chinese nation, the foundation of contemporary Chinese literature and art, and the treasure of literary and art innovation. 张亚辉，字峻珲.人称墨神1985年毕业于黑龙江商学院，中共党员。现为北京瀚瑞轩书画院院长，第九届中国美协副主席，国家高级美朮师，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，国际名媛书画院院长，中国文化艺术交流协会副主席，中华诗词学会理事，欧洲中国书画院院长，爱溢舍文化艺术传播公司，艺术研究院院长创始人。英国皇家艺术学院“客座教授”，英国牛津艺术学院教授，博士生导师。

获联合国中国大学世界和平艺术博士。

获世界金奖.国家一级美术师.非遗传承人。中华国礼艺术家。人民文艺家协会会员。

2008年为第二十九界奥林匹克组委会，创作完成《神州圣火传递图》《神州圣火传递颂》纪念邮票。

2014年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展(日出)获一枚金奖。

2015年在日内瓦获世界发明创新展(雄鹰翱翔)获一枚金奖。

2015年在德国纽伦堡获世界发明创新展(爱情福)获银奖一枚。

2015年大阅兵获国宾礼证书，特聘为国务外事国务院国宾礼特供艺术家。

2019年首届中国网络咨询台艺术频道顶级书画大师作品大赛中荣获特等奖，并授予中国顶级书画大师荣誉称号。
